Women’s Basketball: Spartans Hold Fast In AP Poll

The women’s team remains No. 25 in the AP Poll and moved to the top of the “Others Receiving Votes” in Coaches Poll.

The Michigan State Spartans women’s basketball team held firm in the AP Top-25 this week at No. 25 after just one game last week. MSU moved to 7-0 after a dominating performance over Oakland Tuesday, then took the holidays off. The Spartans are one of six Big Ten programs in the rankings, while two others received votes. This is a nation’s best mark with six teams in the top-25.
