The Michigan State Spartans welcome the No. 3/No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes to Spartan Stadium today despite a number of players and staff, including head coach Ryan Day, being in quarantine following a COVID-19 outbreak. Will the Spartans spoil the Buckeyes chances at the playoffs with a third upset of a ranked opponent this season? Probably not, but it would be truly hilarious and richly deserved by the Buckeyes. So here’s hoping karmic synergy really does exist in this cruel universe we cohabite in with that awful, wretched, truly barren wasteland of a state to the south of our beloved double peninsula home.

No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes (4-0) at Michigan State Spartans (2-3)

Date: Saturday, Dec. 5
Kickoff: 12:06 p.m. EST
