SB Nation Reacts: How Many Would Attend Football Games?

The latest round of SB Nation Reacts voting is in, and a slim majority of voters say they would attend football this fall.

The latest SB Nation Reacts polling asked fans nationally if they would attend a game this season if given the opportunity. The results have been tallied and a slim majority of fans in fact would. In total, 55-percent of fans said they would attend a game while 45-percent stated they would not. Still no formal word yet for our Michigan State Spartans confirming whether fans will be allowed or not in any numbers.

Let’s be real here, why would a Texas Longhorns’ fan NOT attend a game this fall if they don’t have to face the Maryland Terrapins after all. Meanwhile programs like Army Black Knights and the Syracuse Orange have already received word from state governments that no fans will be allowed to attend any games should they be played. The New Jersey Governor has announced crowds over 500 people are not allowed, but there are conflicting reports out on whether the Rutgers Scarlet Knights will allow their normal number of fans to attend or if they will save face from the normally sparse crowds and not allow fans at all.
