The No. 7/8 Michigan State Spartans kickoff and broadcast information has been announced for the game next Saturday, Nov. 6 against the Purdue Boilermakers. The game will mark MSU’s first trip to West Lafayette since 2014. Kickoff has been set for 3:30 p.m. ET and the game will air on ABC.

Michigan State enters this game at 8-0 (5-0 in the Big Ten) and with a program record eight-game winning streak over Purdue that dates back to 2007. The Boilermakers, 5-3 (3-2 in the Big Ten) are coming off yet another victory over the Nebraska Cornhuskers despite head coach Scott Frost in previous seasons having considered a Jeff Brohm-led Purdue team to be a “winnable game.” Brohm, however, is in his fifth season with Purdue and has accomplished quite a few impressive wins. The sole matchup to date in his career against MSU thus far, however, was a 13-23 loss to Michigan State in East Lansing in 2018.

As for Michigan State, the No. 7/8 (ranking at time of publishing) Spartans will hope to avoid a road loss as a highly-ranked team at Ross-Ade this Saturday after Purdue downed the then No. 2 Iowa Hawkeyes at Kinnick Stadium just a few short weeks ago now on Oct. 16.

The Spartans are coming off an emotional game against in-state rival No. 6 Michigan in East Lansing in which MSU came back from a 16-point deficit to win the 10th of the past 14 games in the series.
