Michigan State Reacts: Is Kenneth Walker the greatest running back in program history?

Coming off of the biggest win of the season, and improving to 8-0, Michigan State earned a spot as the No. 3 team in first College Football Playoff rankings. It would be understandable, with that in mind, for MSU fans to be riding high this week.

The Spartans take that undefeated record on the road this week against Purdue in West Lafayette. Before the game kicks off, we want to know how Michigan State fans are feeling. Are you nervous about the potential trap game and do you think the Spartans will win? What are your expectations for this team?

Much of the undefeated record is due to the unbelievable play from running back Kenneth Walker III. If he keeps up on this pace, is he the best running back in program history? That’s a deep field full of NFL players, but with Walker having the best chance of anyone in recent history to win the school’s first Heisman Trophy, it’s a conversation.
