The Michigan State Spartans hockey team was slated to play at Michigan on Tuesday, Feb. 9, but the game has been mutually agreed upon by both sides to postpone at this time.

The Spartans split the series earlier this season with Michigan, falling 0-9 in Ann Arbor on Friday, Jan. 8 and winning 3-2 in East Lansing Saturday, Jan. 9. The game in Ann Arbor was a single game with the return still scheduled at the end of the regular season in East Lansing on Wednesday, March 10.

With the postponement, the Spartans will next return to the ice on Sunday, Feb. 14 to kick-off the second two-game series against Arizona State. Michigan State split the season opening series with the Sun Devils. MSU tied ASU 1-1 to start the season on Nov. 19 and got a 2-0 win Friday, Nov. 20. Arizona State was without their leading scorer at the time. Television and start times are to be announced.
