Michigan State added a final piece to its 2023 recruiting class on the traditional "National Signing Day" when 3-star Lake Wales (Fla.) High School safety Philipp Davis announced he would sign with the Spartans. With the addition of Davis, Michigan State is now up to 16 prospects in the '23 class, with the other 15 prospects each signing with the Spartans during the "early" signing period in December.
