Some good info on guys being recruited for 2020. We have 3 spots open as of now, assuming we don't nab the Hauser brothers of course.
Are you kidding me?! What is this, number 8?
Thusday May 3rd, the Lugnuts are having a Mike Sadler night. First 1000 fans through the door get a #3 tribute jersey.
North Carolina and Duke losing moves the Spartans back to the #1 line. Win the Big Ten tournament this week and I probably would have you there in the final bracket. MSU has only three losses and none of them are bad (although you should have beaten Michigan at home). I will say if Duke wins the ACC Tournament they could bump the Spartans out of a #1. I'd say hope Kansas loses early in the Big 12 and Xavier doesn't win the Big East.
The only document– and please know that the tireless staff of Yahoo! Sports "viewed hundreds of pages of documents," according to Yahoo! Sports– mentioned that references Michigan State’s men’s basketball program in any respect is an expense reimbursement request Christian Dawkins, a former ASM agent, filed with the agency. One of those requests was dated May 3, 2016: "Redwood Lodge. Lunch w/Miles Bridges Parents [sic]. $70.05." Another was from the same date: "ATM Withdrawl [sic]: Miles Bridges mom [sic] advance. $400." The article also states: "According to the documents, Dawkins has dinners listed with plenty of boldface names in the sport – Tom Izzo . . . ." That’s everything on the Spartans.
I think it was a joke the Selection Committee game MSU a #3 seed and Purdue a #1 after the Spartans beat Purdue. Purdue also lost at home to Ohio State. Their best win all season was Arizona while Michigan State beat North Carolina. And now Purdue just lost to Wisconsin!
#Disrespekt Already getting hyped for next year in East Lansing.
Matt Costello and Bryn Forbes, two former Michigan State stars on the basketball court , both made the 2017-2018 opening night roster for the San Antonio Spurs! Forbes played in 36 games for the Spurs last season, so no surprises there. But Costello was definitely not a lock to make the roster. He signed a two-way contract with San Antonio after an impressive summer league performance, which means he can spend up to 45 days on the NBA roster. Congrats to both!
Freshman cornerback Josiah Scott has been incredible through two games. According to Pro Football Focus, he has been targeted seven times on 37 coverage snaps so far, yet he's allowed just one catch for -5 yards. He also has an interception and three pass deflections. Oh, did I mention his passer rating against is 0.0? It cannot get any better than that.
